Rewriting what you already wrote
The last tender's technical bid sits in a folder. For the next one, you rewrite it nearly word for word, from memory.

The problem
You bid, you win or lose, and you start over — with no memory of what worked, no record of why you lost.
The last tender's technical bid sits in a folder. For the next one, you rewrite it nearly word for word, from memory.
Why did you lose last month's tender? Price too high, incomplete dossier? With no tracking, the same mistake comes back.
Reference jobsites live in emails, PDFs and people's heads. When it's time to cite them in a bid, you go hunting.

Most construction firms answer a tender, win or lose, then move on — keeping nothing. Constrigo keeps it all: the outcome, the reason, and the wording that worked.
On a BOAMP notice marked "interested", you log the outcome in one click: won or lost. If lost, the reason is required — price, references, deadline. Nothing slips between two bids.
A dashboard counts your won, lost and in-progress tenders, computes your win rate (won ÷ won + lost) and ranks your loss reasons by frequency. You finally see why you lose.
The technical-memo sections of a won tender go into a library you can filter by section type, tags or full-text search. A paragraph already written is never written twice.
For the section you're writing, Constrigo surfaces the 5 most relevant paragraphs, ranked by score and usage. Only beyond 10 candidates does Claude Haiku refine the order; below that, it's deterministic.
The tender is closed: won or lost, with the loss reason if you weren't selected. The outcome date is kept. A dead-end bid never lingers as "pending" in your list.
The dashboard recounts total, won, lost, in-progress, recomputes your win rate and sorts loss reasons by frequency. You read at a glance what wins you work and what costs you contracts.
The technical-memo sections of a winning bid are saved to the library, with their section type and tags. Deduplication keeps duplicates out: your bank of answers stays clean.
On a new bid, Constrigo suggests the best paragraphs by score and usage for the section at hand. And your win rate adds a bonus to the scoring of future notices: your history works for you.
Use case
After several bids, Moreau SARL wants to stop starting over and to know, in figures, where it wins.
Each handled tender is marked WON or LOST, with the loss reason where relevant.
Total, won, lost, in progress, win rate and the breakdown of loss reasons: it's all in figures.
Winning bid sections are saved as reusable paragraphs, ranked by usage.
On the next dossier, the best paragraphs are suggested; you start from an already substantial bid.
Moreau SARL no longer rewrites its bid every time and knows, backed by figures, which types of contract it wins.

What changes
Each marker below maps to a real tender-tracking feature, not a promise of victory.
Won / lost
Total, won, lost, in progress and win rate: you know where you stand, not by guesswork.
Loss reasons
Each loss is logged with its reason. The breakdown of reasons shows where to adjust.
Reusable
Winning sections become reusable paragraphs, ranked by usage and suggested on the next dossier.
With / without Constrigo
Same company, several bids behind it.
Who it's for, what it's built on
Win/loss tracking and the win rate are included in the Pro BTP plan; the library of reusable bids draws on Constrigo's writing assistant.
The dashboard shows, in figures, the types of contract where the firm comes out on top.
The best paragraphs are shared and suggested: no more everyone starting from their own version.
The more you bid, the richer the library grows and the more the win rate refines the sorting of future notices.
Won / lost tracking
The outcome of each handled tender, WON or LOST, with its loss reason.
Win rate
Computed from history: wins over the total decided, with the breakdown of reasons.
Paragraph library
Winning bid sections, saved and ranked by usage so they can be reused.
Jobsite references
A required item on the response checklist: the past jobsites that back up the bid.
Every settled BOAMP tender — won or lost, with its reason — automatically feeds your history, your win rate and a library of reusable technical bids. It's a simple, verifiable learning loop, not a machine-learning model: you stay the author of every paragraph.
About Constrigo
Bidding on construction tenders costs time, and most firms lose that time twice: once building the bid, once starting from scratch on the next one. Keeping a tender history changes that. On every BOAMP notice you choose to handle, you log the outcome — won or lost — with the reason when you lose. From this data your public-procurement win rate emerges: won divided by won plus lost, shown next to the total, the in-progress bids and the breakdown of loss reasons. You stop bidding blind and finally see which kinds of contracts you're genuinely competitive on. The second lever is reusable technical-memo content. The sections that won a bid — methodology, staffing, similar-project references — are banked in a library you filter by section type, tags and search, with deduplication to keep duplicates out. On the next tender, Constrigo suggests the five best paragraphs by score and usage; a lightweight AI ranking kicks in only beyond ten candidates, otherwise the sort stays deterministic. Capitalising on your construction references isn't rewriting the same memo every quarter — it's starting from what already convinced. And because the win rate feeds a score bonus on future notices, your past results concretely steer your next decisions. One source: the BOAMP. No opaque prediction promised, just a readable history that works for you.
