Yes. Upgrades are instant and you immediately access the new features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Is the mobile app really included in all plans?

Yes, on all plans — including the Découverte plan. The app works on iOS and Android, online and offline, with as many companion accounts as seats in your plan.

Are prices VAT-inclusive or exclusive?

Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get access to all features of your chosen plan.

What happens if I exceed the included seats?

On all paid plans (Artisan, Entreprise, Pro BTP), you can add as many extra seats as needed at €29/month excl. VAT per additional seat, billed on the same cycle as your subscription. On the Découverte plan, additional seats are not available.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to avoid being charged at the next renewal.

How does the turnkey tender file service work?

On the Pro BTP plan, Constrigo's AI automatically detects public tenders matching your profile. For high-stakes bids, our team can prepare a complete application file for you (technical memo, DPGF, safety plan, references). This service is billed per file — either as a flat fee (from €400 excl. VAT) or as a percentage of the amount won. It is an on-demand service, with no subscription or credits.

Are your servers hosted in France?

Yes. Our data is hosted in France, in compliance with GDPR. We do not use US cloud for customer data. Your privacy is our priority.

What exactly does the support include?

All plans include email support with a 24h response. The Entreprise plan adds priority chat (4h response). The Pro BTP plan includes dedicated onboarding with a personal contact and a 2h SLA.
