In short
Connect your company to SuperPDP, an accredited platform, to receive and issue electronic invoices directly from Constrigo.
In brief
Since 1 September 2026, all French businesses must be able to receive electronic invoices. Very small businesses and SMEs will also have to issue them from 1 September 2027. Constrigo connects you to SuperPDP, an accredited platform: activate it in Integrations, "E-invoicing" tab, then send your invoices from their detail page. Enterprise plan minimum.
Connect your company
- Check that your company's SIRET number is filled in under settings: the connection is pre-filled from it.
- Open Integrations, "E-invoicing" tab, then click "Activate with SuperPDP".
- On the SuperPDP website, create your account (pre-filled), sign the agreement and verify your identity as company director. You are then automatically returned to Constrigo.
- SuperPDP verifies your company: this can take from a few minutes to a few hours. You are notified as soon as the connection is active. The "Refresh status" button lets you check the progress of the request.
- Choose your VAT regime (normal monthly or quarterly, simplified, or VAT exemption threshold): the platform needs it to report your sales.
If verification fails, check your SIRET and the director's identity, then click "Retry connection". The connection is reserved for the company director.

Send an invoice
- Open an invoice that is no longer a draft.
- In the "E-invoicing" card, click "Send e-invoice".
- If Constrigo detects an issue (customer without a SIRET, non-statutory VAT rate, due date earlier than the invoice date, etc.), it appears under "To fix before sending". Fix it, then send again.
The invoice is sent in Factur-X format, along with its PDF. The same card is available on the invoice page in the mobile app.
Once sent, an invoice can no longer be edited or cancelled. A correction is made with a credit note, which is also sent automatically. A refused or rejected invoice is corrected with a credit note followed by a new invoice with a new number.

Track statuses
Constrigo queries the platform every 15 minutes and displays the latest official status on the "E-invoicing" card. The main ones:
- Submitted, Issued, Received by the platform: the invoice is on its way.
- Made available: it has reached the customer. This is not a refusal.
- Taken into account, Approved, Payment sent: the customer is processing and paying the invoice.
- Disputed, Suspended, Refused: the customer is contesting it. The reason is shown.
- Rejected or Inadmissible: the platform has refused the invoice.
Payments and sales to individuals
- Payments recorded on a sent invoice are automatically reported to the platform. The "Report payment" button does it immediately. Nothing is reported for VAT on debits, reverse charge or VAT exemption.
- An invoice to an individual is not sent as an electronic invoice: its amounts and payments are automatically reported to the tax authorities (e-reporting). Once reported, it can no longer be edited or cancelled.
- A refund made after a payment has already been reported is not sent automatically: let your accountant know.
Receive your suppliers' invoices
Invoices received by the platform arrive in "Received invoices (PDP)". For each one, click "Convert to purchase invoice" (created as a draft), "Refuse" (the supplier is informed by the platform) or "Ignore". A probable duplicate invoice is flagged.
Going further
- Correct a sent invoice: see "Create a credit note on an invoice".
- Deposit invoices and final invoice: see "Deposit invoice and final invoice".

Frequently asked questions
Which plan is required for e-invoicing?
The Enterprise plan at minimum. The connection to SuperPDP is made by the company director.
Does the "Made available" status mean the invoice has been refused?
No. It means the invoice has reached your customer. A refusal appears as "Refused", with its reason.
Why is the "Send e-invoice" button greyed out?
Either the SuperPDP connection is still being verified, or the invoice is a draft. Finalize it before sending.
Can I edit an invoice that has already been sent?
No. It is locked as soon as it is sent. Correct it with a credit note, which is also sent through the platform.
The platform cannot find my customer, what should I do?
Check the SIRET on their customer record. The platform looks up their receiving address in the official directory using this number.
