Terms of use
June 21, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Constrigo platform, a management software for construction professionals (quotes, invoicing, jobsite tracking, public-tender responses). Any use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Publisher and host
The service is published and operated by the publisher of Constrigo, whose identity, legal form, share capital and contact details are set out in the legal notice. Hosting is provided by the supplier named in that same legal notice.
3. Access to the service
Constrigo is available online, in principle around the clock, subject to maintenance operations and technical contingencies. Access requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Network access costs remain the user's responsibility.
4. Account and credentials
Using the features requires creating an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. Any fraudulent use must be reported without delay.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the service in line with its purpose and applicable regulations. In particular, the user must not:
- impair the operation or security of the platform;
- attempt to access data or accounts belonging to third parties;
- publish unlawful, defamatory or infringing content;
- use the service for purposes contrary to public order.
The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter (quotes, invoices, jobsite documents).
6. Availability and maintenance
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service available. It may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or security reasons, informing users beforehand where possible.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its structure, interfaces, texts and trademarks — including “Constrigo” — are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without prior written consent. The data and documents entered by the user remain the user's property.
8. Liability
Constrigo is a management-support tool: the user remains responsible for the commercial, accounting and legal decisions they make based on the information produced. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of incorrect data entry or non-compliant use of the service.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Users are invited to read it.
10. Term, suspension and termination
These Terms apply for the entire duration of use of the service. The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms or non-payment, after formal notice has remained without effect. The user may stop using the service and request deletion of their account at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
The publisher may amend these Terms to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. Users are informed of substantial changes; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
