In short
Save time with your quote templates, the Constrigo library of templates by trade and the catalog price library.
In brief
A quote template reuses lines that are already priced to start a new quote. You can save an existing quote as a template or import a trade template from the Constrigo library. Any manager can browse the library, but quote templates and the services catalog are included starting with the Enterprise plan.
Save a quote as a template
- Open a quote whose lines you often use.
- Click "Save as template" and give it a name.
- Find it under Quotes, on the "Quote templates" page, in the "My templates" tab. There you can change its name, trade, description and lines.
On mobile, the same action is called "Save as template", in the quote menu.
Import a template from the Constrigo library
- Open "Quote templates", then the "Constrigo library" tab.
- Filter by trade or keep "All trades", then click "View lines" to check the content.
- Click "Add to my templates". A template that has already been copied shows "Already imported".
Library prices are starting points. Review them and adjust them to your own rates before sending a quote.

Create a quote from a template
- On the web, start a new quote then click "From a template".
- Choose the template and click "Use this template": its lines are added to the quote.
- Fill in the client and adjust the quantities, then click "Create the quote".
On mobile, the "New quote" screen offers "Create from a template", and the quote list has a "Templates" shortcut.

The catalog price library
The Catalog gathers your standardized services, to insert in one click into your quotes and invoices. Its "Constrigo price library" offers priced works by trade, with the price excl. VAT, the material cost, the installation time and the VAT rate.
- Open Catalog, then "Price library".
- Choose a trade, filter the works if needed and tick the ones you want.
- Click "Add to catalog". Works already present are marked "Already in catalog" and are not duplicated.
- In a quote, the line "Catalog" button then lets you insert them.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need for quote templates?
Quote templates are included starting with the Enterprise plan. With a lower plan, you can browse the Constrigo library but not copy its templates.
What is the difference between a template and the catalog?
A template is a set of lines that serves as the basis for a complete quote. The catalog contains individual services that you insert line by line.
Are the library prices my prices?
No, they are indicative prices. Once copied into your templates or your catalog, edit them according to your own rates.
Does importing a work twice create a duplicate?
No, a work that is already present is marked "Already in catalog" and is not copied a second time.
