In brief
On the web, sign in with your email and password, or with Google, Microsoft or Apple. On the mobile app, enter your email or your phone number: with a phone number, you receive a 6-digit code by SMS, valid for 10 minutes. Google is also available, and Apple on iPhone.
On the web
- Open the Constrigo sign-in page.
- Click Google, Microsoft or Apple, or enter your "Email" and your "Password".
- Check "Stay signed in" if you are on your own computer.
- Click "Sign in".
Lost your password? Click "Forgot password?" below the password field.
On the mobile app with an SMS code
- In the "Email or phone" field, enter your phone number (for example 06 12 34 56 78).
- Tap "Receive the code by SMS".
- Enter the 6-digit code received by SMS in "Verification code".
- Tap "Verify".
The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, tap "Resend code". The number must be the one registered on your account, otherwise the sign-in is refused.
On the mobile app with Google or Apple
Tap "Continue with Google", or "Continue with Apple" on iPhone and iPad. Use the same account you signed up with. You can also enter your email and password and then tap "Sign in".

I'm not receiving the SMS code, what should I do?
Check the number you entered, wait a few moments, then tap "Resend code". The code you receive is valid for 10 minutes.
Is SMS sign-in available on the web?
No. On the web, you sign in with your email and password, or with Google, Microsoft or Apple.
Why doesn't the Apple button appear on my Android phone?
Sign-in with Apple is only available on iPhone and iPad. On Android, use Google, the SMS code or your email.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or sign in with an SMS code on the mobile app.
