Setting Up Your Company in Constrigo

On the web, open "Settings" then "Information" to enter your company's name, SIREN or SIRET, VAT number, address, contact details and logo, then click "Save". This information appears on your quotes and invoices. On the mobile app, go to "Settings" then "My company".

1. Click your profile at the top right, then "Settings".
2. Under the "COMPANY" section, choose "Information".
3. Fill in "Company name", "Tagline / Activities" (optional) and "Registered office address".
4. Under "Legal notices", enter the country, the "Legal form", the "Tax regime", the "SIREN / SIRET number", the "VAT number", the "APE code" and, if needed, the "Chamber of trades" and the "RCS city".
5. Under "Public contact details", enter the phone number, "Email address" and "Website".
6. Click "Save".

Still in "Information", the "Visual identity" section lets you add the "Company logo", choose a "Brand color" and a "PDF document template". The "Document header preview" shows how it will look on your quotes and invoices.

Default values Under "Business settings", set the "Default VAT rate", the "Default currency", the "Default hourly rate" and the "Payment term" applied to new quotes and invoices. Under "Insurance", enter your ten-year (décennale) or professional insurance (insurer, policy number, covered activities, coverage area).

1. Tap the "More" tab, then "Settings".
2. Tap "My company".
3. Fill in "Company name", "SIRET", "Address", "Phone" and "Email".
4. Tap "Save".

The account owner. The "My company" entry does not appear for an employee in the mobile app.

• Import your clients.
• Invite an employee to Constrigo.
