You Received a Quote: View and Sign It Online

Open the link sent by the company: the quote is displayed in a secure customer portal, with no account to create. Read the lines and totals, download the PDF if needed, then draw your signature in "Your signature". Click "Approve" to accept or "Decline". Your signature is legally binding.

• Each line shows the description, the unit price excl. VAT ("Unit price excl. VAT") and the total. The "Total excl. VAT" and "Total incl. VAT" figures are at the bottom of the quote.
• A line marked "Not included in the total: optional" is an option: it is not counted in the total. Talk to the company if you wish to include it.
• The "Download PDF" button saves the quote to your device.

1. In "Your signature", draw your signature with your mouse or finger. "Clear" lets you start over.
2. To accept, click "Approve". The message "Quote accepted!" confirms it has been recorded, and the company is notified.
3. To decline, click "Decline", then "Confirm decline". Declining is final.

If the quote applies a reduced VAT rate, tick "I certify that the conditions for the reduced VAT rate are met" before approving. Read the displayed conditions carefully: in case of a false declaration, you are liable for paying the VAT difference.

The customer portal has a "Messages" tab for writing to the company. You can also contact them directly before committing.
