In short
Pay your tradesperson's invoice by bank card using the link they sent you. Payment is secured by Stripe.
In brief
Open the invoice link sent by the company. Check the details, then click the "Pay" button followed by the amount. Enter your payment information and confirm. The message "Payment successful!" confirms that the invoice is marked as paid. The "Pay" button only appears if the company has enabled online payment.
Paying an invoice
- Open the link: the "Invoice" page shows the "Invoice details" (issue date, due date, total excl. VAT and total incl. VAT).
- Click "Pay" followed by the amount. The "Pay invoice" window shows the amount again.
- Enter your payment information. The page states "Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank cards accepted".
- Click "Pay". The message "Payment successful!" is displayed and the company sees the invoice as paid.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank details are not stored by Constrigo.

Invoice payable in instalments
If the company has set up a "Payment schedule", each instalment is shown with its status ("Pending", "Overdue" or "Paid"). Click "Pay" next to the instalment you want to settle.
Finding all your invoices
From your customer area, the "Invoices" tab opens "Your invoices". Each invoice can be downloaded with "PDF". If the company has enabled online payment, those still to be paid offer "Pay online". Invoices still being prepared by the company (drafts) are never shown to you.

If the payment doesn't go through
- No "Pay" button: the company has not enabled online payment. Contact them to settle the invoice another way (bank transfer, cheque).
- "The payment was unsuccessful. Please try again.": check your details or try another payment method.
- If you cancel, the message "The payment was cancelled. You can try again." is displayed: restart the payment from the invoice.
Going further
- The link no longer opens: see "Your customer area link has expired".
