In short
Enter your hours manually when you haven't clocked in, then submit your week to the manager, on mobile or on the web.
In brief
Your clock-ins fill in your timesheet automatically. To add a day manually, enter the date, start time, end time and break, then save. Entries stay in "Draft" until you tap "Submit week". The manager then approves or rejects them.
On the mobile app
- Open the Clock-in tab, then the "My hours" tab. The current week is displayed day by day.
- Tap the "+" to the right of the day to complete, or the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, to open "New entry".
- Fill in "Date", "Start time", "End time" and "Break (minutes)". Add "Notes" if needed.
- Tap "Save". The entry appears with the "Draft" status.
- At the end of the week, tap "Submit week", then "Submit". All your draft entries are sent for approval.
Beyond 10 hours in a day or 48 hours in a week, the app warns you ("Working time exceeded"). You can still save with "Save anyway".

On the web
- Open Clock-in in the menu. The "Timesheets" page opens on the "My timesheets" tab.
- Click "Edit", then "New entry" under the day to complete.
- Fill in "Start time *", "End time *", "Break (minutes)" and, if needed, "Site (optional)" and "Notes". Click "Create".
- Click "Submit week" to send your drafts for approval.

Track and correct an entry
- Each entry shows its status: "Draft", "Submitted" (pending on the web), "Approved" or "Rejected".
- An approved entry can no longer be edited.
- If an entry is rejected, the reason is shown in "Rejection reason". Correct it, then tap "Resubmit".
Going further
- Clock in from the site: see "Clock in at a site by GPS or QR code".
- Manager side: see "Approve the team's hours".
Frequently asked questions
Are my GPS clock-ins already in my timesheet?
Yes. When you clock out, the entry is created with your hours and goes straight to approval.
Can I edit an entry that has already been submitted?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been approved. Once the manager approves it, it is locked.
Why does the app show me a warning about my hours?
It warns you when a day exceeds 10 hours or a week exceeds 48 hours, the legal limits. The warning does not prevent you from saving.
