In short

Fill in the daily site report from your mobile or the web: weather, headcount, work completed, deliveries, incidents and photos.

In brief

The diary holds one report per site per day. On mobile, open "Journal de chantier" then "Nouveau rapport". Enter the weather, headcount and work completed, add photos, then tap "Enregistrer le rapport". The company manager then approves the report. The diary is included from the Artisan plan.

On the mobile app

  1. Open "Plus", then "Journal de chantier". Check the selected site, or tap "Changer".
  2. Tap "Nouveau rapport".
  3. Choose the "Météo du jour": Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy, Windy or Snowy.
  4. Under "Effectif présent", enter the number of people and, if you wish, their names.
  5. Describe the "Travaux réalisés *". If needed, fill in "Incidents / Remarques", "Livraisons reçues" and "Sous-traitants".
  6. Add photos with "Photo" or "Galerie".
  7. Tap "Enregistrer le rapport".
  8. From the list, tap "Soumettre pour validation" to send the report to the manager.

Was extra work requested on top of the quote? Turn on "Travaux hors-devis ?" and describe it in the note. You keep a useful record for a future change order.

On the web

  1. Open Chantiers, then the site, and the "Journal" tab.
  2. Click "Nouvelle entrée" and fill in the "Nouvelle entrée du journal": date, weather, headcount present, work completed, deliveries received, subcontractors present, incidents and reservations, photos.
  3. The manager approves submitted entries with "Approuver", or several at once with "Approuver la sélection". "Refuser" requires a reason, and the author is notified.
  4. "Export PDF" produces the diary for a given period: choose "Du" and "Au", then "Télécharger".

Rules to know

  • One report per site per day. If one already exists, the app displays "Rapport existant": edit the day's report rather than creating a second one.
  • A report can only be edited on the same day.
  • If you do not choose the weather and the site has a geolocated address, Constrigo fills it in automatically.
  • Without a network connection, the report is kept on the phone and sent automatically once the connection returns.
  • An employee only sees the sites they are assigned to or where they have a job.

Sharing the diary with your client

In the site's "Journal" tab, turn on "Partager le journal avec le client". The client then sees the approved entries in their portal. The client portal is included from the Entreprise plan.

Going further

  • Create the site and assign the team: see "Créer un chantier dans Constrigo".
  • Close out the works: see "Signer un PV de réception en ligne".
