How to Invite an Employee in Constrigo

The business owner invites an employee from "Settings", "Team & permissions", using the "Invite a member" button on the web, or from "Invite an employee" on the mobile app. The employee receives a link by email or SMS, valid for 72 hours. Each pending invitation already takes up one seat in your subscription.

1. Click your profile at the top right, then "Settings".
2. Open "Team & permissions".
3. Click "Invite a member".
4. Enter the employee's "Email" and choose their "Role".
5. Tick the "Permissions" to grant them (view or edit quotes, invoices, clients, job sites, schedule).
6. Click "Send invitation".

The employee receives an email with the "Accept invitation" button. They sign in or create their account, and the invitation is validated automatically.

1. Tap the quick-create button in the center of the tab bar, then "Invite an employee".
2. Enter the employee's "Phone" (French 10-digit number). First name, last name and email are optional.
3. Choose their app access: "Employee" or "Owner".
4. Tap "Send invitation".

The employee receives an SMS with a link. By tapping this link, they open the app and finish setting up their account. If no email is entered, the invitation is sent by SMS only.

• The invitation link is valid for 72 hours. After that, send a new invitation.
• A pending invitation counts as an occupied seat, just like an active member.
• If all your seats are in use, the invite button is disabled: add a seat or deactivate a member.

Only the business owner can invite members. Detailed permissions per employee are available from the Entreprise plan onward.

• Add user seats.
• Install the Constrigo mobile app.
• Sign in with an SMS code, Google or Apple.
