In brief
In the mobile app, open the quote, then choose "Faire signer le client sur place" (have the client sign on site) in the menu. The client enters their name, signs with their finger, and you tap "Valider" (confirm). If the quote includes reduced-rate VAT, the client first certifies the conditions. The feature is included from the Artisan plan.
Have the client sign
- Open the quote in the mobile app. It must be in draft, sent or approved status.
- Open the actions menu and tap "Faire signer le client sur place" (have the client sign on site).
- In "Signature du devis" (quote signature), enter the "Nom du signataire" (signer's name). The date is filled in automatically.
- Hand the phone to the client: they sign in the "Signez avec le doigt" (sign with your finger) area.
- Tap "Valider" (confirm). The message "Devis signé" (quote signed) confirms it has been saved, the signed PDF is generated and the quote moves to "Accepté" (accepted) status. You can convert it into an invoice right away.
Quote with reduced-rate VAT
If a quote line is at 10% or 5.5%, a "TVA à taux réduit" (reduced-rate VAT) screen appears before signing. It reminds the client that the work must concern a residential property completed more than two years ago and meet the conditions for the reduced rate (French General Tax Code, art. 279-0 bis and 278-0 bis A).
- Read the text with your client.
- If they confirm, tap "Oui, il certifie" (yes, they certify): the signature screen opens.
- The certification is recorded with the signature, in the signer's name.
Do not confirm on the client's behalf. Any false declaration makes them jointly liable for the additional tax.
Who can have a quote signed?
- The business owner, and employees who have been given permission to have quotes signed on site.
- If your plan does not include the feature, a screen offers you the option to upgrade to the Artisan plan.

Is on-site signing possible on the web?
No, it is done in the mobile app. On the web, use the client sharing link or electronic signature.
What happens to a pending approval request?
If the quote was awaiting internal approval, the client's on-site signature approves it automatically.
Is the location recorded?
If the app has access to it, the location at the time of signing is recorded along with the date and the signer's name.
Where can I find the signed PDF?
The signed PDF is generated right after signing and attached to the quote.
