Your customer portal link has expired

Links to a quote or an invoice are valid for 30 days. After that, the page displays “Access unavailable” and “This link has expired.” This is not a mistake on your part: contact the company that sent you the link and ask them to generate a new one. The old link will no longer work.

• To protect your documents, each customer portal link is valid for 30 days.
• When the company generates a new link, the previous one stops working. Always use the most recent link you received.
• The link to a quote also opens the “Invoices” and “Messages” tabs of your customer portal: they expire at the same time.

1. Contact the company by phone or email, stating the quote or invoice number.
2. They generate a new link from their software and send it to you.
3. Open this new link: you will find the document again, with its signature or payment if they have already been completed.

• Handover report (procès-verbal de réception): the signing link can only be used once. If it displays “Signing link invalid, expired or already used,” ask the company that carried out the work for a new link.
• Reservation sign-off: if the page says “This link is incomplete. Use the link received by email,” open the link directly from the email, without retyping it.
• Quote already signed or declined: the page says “This quote has already received a response.” The link works, but the quote can no longer be signed.

• Sign the quote with the new link: see “You have received a quote: view and sign it online.”
• Pay the invoice: see “Pay an invoice online.”
