Create a Job Site in Constrigo

On the web, open Chantiers, then "Nouveau chantier". Enter the name, the client and the address, then click "Créer". On mobile, use the quick-create button, then "Chantier". The address is geolocated automatically for GPS clock-in. Job sites are included from the Artisan plan onward and are created by the business owner.

1. Open Chantiers in the menu, then click "Nouveau chantier".
2. Enter the "Nom *" and choose the "Client *".
3. In "Adresse du chantier", start typing the address and pick it from the list. Latitude and longitude fill in automatically.
4. Choose the "Statut" (Nouveaux, Signés, En cours, Payés, Perdus) and the "Type de chantier" (Construction neuve, Rénovation, Extension, Maintenance, Démolition).
5. If needed, fill in the "Chef de chantier", the "Date de début", the "Date de fin", the "Budget (EUR)" and the "Notes".
6. Click "Créer".

1. Tap the central quick-create button, then "Chantier".
2. Fill in the "Nom du chantier *", the "Type de chantier" and the "Client *".
3. Tap "Suivant", then fill in the "Adresse", the "Ville" and the "Code postal".
4. Tap "Suivant" and, if needed, complete the "Date de début", the "Date de fin", the "Budget prévisionnel HT (€)" and the "Notes".
5. Check the "Récapitulatif", then tap "Créer le chantier".

• In the job site record, "Équipe" tab, click "Affecter un employé". An employee can only clock in and keep the site log on job sites they are assigned to.
• In the "Informations" tab, "QR Code pointage" card, click "Générer le QR code" then "Imprimer" to display it on site. It is valid for 90 days.

The Artisan plan allows up to 50 job sites. The Entreprise and Pro BTP plans have no limit.
