Each plan includes a number of seats. On a paid plan, the account owner can add extra seats at €29 excl. VAT per month per seat.
In brief
A seat corresponds to one user: an active member or a pending invitation. Découverte and Artisan include 1 seat, Entreprise 3 and Pro BTP 5. On a paid plan, the account owner adds seats from the web, under "Settings" then "Subscription". Each extra seat costs €29 excl. VAT per month.

Add a seat on the web
- Click your profile at the top right, then "Settings".
- Open "Subscription".
- Click "Add a seat".
- Enter the desired "Number of seats".
- Confirm: you are redirected to the secure payment page to complete the purchase.
From the "My subscription" page, the "+1 seat" button on the "Additional seats" card adds a seat in one click.
Remove a seat
In "Settings" then "Subscription", click "Remove a seat" and confirm. Your number of additional seats goes down by 1 and your billing is adjusted at the next cycle.
On the mobile app
In "Settings", "Subscription & billing", the "Seats & employees" section shows the seats used and included in your plan. Extra seats cannot be purchased from the mobile app: add them from the web.

Who can buy seats?
Only the account owner can add or remove seats.
Does a pending invitation count as a seat?
Yes. An invited member who has not yet accepted already occupies a seat.
Can I add seats on the Découverte plan?
No. Extra seats are reserved for paid plans: Artisan, Entreprise and Pro BTP.
Should I change plans instead of adding seats?
Compare the two: Entreprise includes 3 seats and Pro BTP 5. Depending on the size of your team and the modules you need, a higher plan may be a better fit.
